Imagina Cuervo is the first innovation platform that seeks real solutions to the harmful use of alcohol.
Solve problems:
- Minors buying alcohol
- Drinking and Driving
- Prevention of Informal Market
I must confess that the first time I heard about this initiative I was pretty impressed that a big alcohol company like Jose Cuervo was open to listen to peoples ideas and have the opportunity to solve the problems that alcohol has today. At the same time, it made me curious. Curious to know the kind of proposals people would apply and it made me think for several days different kinds of applications for the contest. That is, until they called me to be a mentor! There for, I was very excited!
Exciting to be part of the behind the scenes of all the projects that applied and the evolution that would take place during the 48 hours hackathon. (Which by the way took place in a very luxurious hotel in Tequila Jalisco). After taking a tequila tour to Jose Cuervo's plant which by the way is the largest tequila factory in the world, all teams where constantly working day and night under the best conditions thanks to Jose Cuervo.
I was a mentor to six finalist teams to work on their final pitch presentation and having a functional MVP for grupo Jose Cuervo.
